Christmas is only 4 days away and it actually feels like Winter this year. I am not glad that there is flooding and the roads have been a bit crazy, but I am loving this weather! Christmas has been warm and sunny for as many years as I can remember (I know, that's what we love and why we live in sunny San Diego), but I am happy for the change.
We get to start the celebrations early. My mom will be coming over Thursday night and we will be doing Christmas Eve eve. ;) Friday we go to my dad's and celebrate with his side of the family (although a lot of people will be missed this year!). Friday night, my cousin is staying the night with Josh and I and I am excited! Saturday we will be going to Josh's parents in the morning and an aunt's-in-law in the afternoon. We may need that week of rest afterward!
I am going to start the New Year by trying a new method of cooking called Once A Month cooking where you cook everything in one day and freeze it until you eat it. I hope it goes well.
